Retreats, Offsites & Group Experiences

Lovelux supports the travel and logistics side of your experience, including lodging coordination, guest travel flow, and operational details. This allows you to focus on your programming and participants while we ensure the experience runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Travel Planning & Coordination Disclaimer
Lovelux™ provides personalized travel planning and coordination for individuals, couples, and groups seeking thoughtfully designed travel and lifestyle experiences.
Planning services may include travel research, itinerary guidance, booking coordination, reservation management, and overall experience design depending on the scope of the request.
Depending on the complexity and level of planning required, Lovelux™ planning and coordination services may be structured as either:
• A flat planning fee for specific services such as flight and hotel coordination, itinerary planning, or short getaway design
• A percentage-based planning investment, typically ranging from 8–12% of the total travel experience cost, for more comprehensive travel design or multi-component itineraries
Planning and coordination investments reflect the professional time, expertise, and care involved in researching, designing, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Planning investments and service structures are communicated and confirmed with clients before planning begins. Initial planning payments cover the research and planning phase and are non-refundable once work has started.
Travel costs such as flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other travel components are paid separately unless otherwise specified.
