  • What is a romantic room design/ambiance setting?
    It's the gift of both an experience and items that you keep that help you celebrate the most romantic moments of your life.
  • What is a tablescape?
    Tablescapes defines the process of setting a themed dining table and such a gorgeous touch and experience to any package or by itself.
  • How does it work?
    a. We can set up your experience in your private hotel room or Airbnb. b. We currently cover inland empire within a 20 mile radius. If you would like an estimate for us to come to your location outside of our current area please send an email to for a custom travel quote. c. Schedule a consultation to discuss your event d. Determine your package, Book the package, sign the contract.
  • How far in advance must I order a room design or picnic or tablescape (services)?
    I require 2 weeks notice. For shorter notice request please email
  • Can you do a custom design based on my own individual requirements?
    A: As a very small company, we only offer the designs that we have on the site (e.g we can't custom order items or set up something to match something else found on the internet). We do have packages where you have color choices. Feel free to reach out for special or custom requests.
  • Do you have to decorate our hotel room before we check-in ?
    A: Yes, we can decorate any time between 1 PM and 7 PM (earlier or later hours can be discussed). We need at least 2-3 hours to decorate depending on package and requests prior to your arrival, additional requests or elaborate requests may take longer. For decorations, we just ask that you let the hotel know we are coming by name (so they can put it in their notes).
  • How will you get in my room?
    ACCESS TO YOUR SUITE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your suite! We can NOT check in for you. We offer three acceptable methods to gain access to your room. 1. We can meet you at check-in and you provide us with a key. 2. You can leave a key for us at the front desk. ( With our name) 3. You can provide us with your lock code (if staying in an Airbnb). COMMUNICATION: We understand that most of our setups are a surprise, however, we must have a way to communicate with you on the day of your setup in case there are any issues. Please make sure that you provide us with your preferred way to communicate with you (Instagram messaging, Facebook messaging, text, email etc.)
  • Do you clean up the hotel rooms or Airbnb's?
    No, however, we provide everything you need to clean up along with easy clean up instructions.
  • How do I pay and do you offer refunds?
    If you cancel your reservation seven days or more before the scheduled event, we will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than a week prior to your event for any reason, we will not refund your deposit, however, we are happy to reschedule your hotel setup for a later date that works for both parties. Please note, these policies are subject to change without notice.
