Lovelux™ began with a simple truth — those who carry the most often receive the least support.
We experienced this firsthand. The experiences we wanted didn’t exist the way we envisioned them. So we built what we once needed.
As a husband-and-wife team, we bring care and practical execution to everything we design. We know how much people are carrying — including their time. And we know what it feels like to finally step into something that’s been handled well.
That’s what we do at Lovelux™, across four areas:

Travel — Personalized trip planning, group travel, and curated experiences for people who want it handled.
Leadership — Support for leaders and high-capacity individuals through Leadership Care Intelligence™ (LCI™).

Training —Deaf/Hard of Hearing Access & Belonging training for teams and organizations ready to do better.

With 20+ years in higher education and deep roots in Deaf/Hard of Hearing advocacy, I’ve spent my life paying attention to whether people feel included, considered, and cared for. That work now lives inside everything Lovelux™ does — from curated travel and retreats to Leadership Care Intelligence™ (LCI™) and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Access & Belonging training.

Within Lovelux™, Tyrone leads operations, logistics, and safety oversight. Where Dahlene shapes the vision, Tyrone makes sure it runs — with precision, discretion, and care. Beyond Lovelux™, he leads Tribe n Grit, a nonprofit focused on mentorship, mindset, and community resilience.
