Our Story
Lovelux began with a simple truth: high-achieving people often give the most and receive the least care in return. We experienced this firsthand. In our own lives, as a couple, and with our closest friends, we found it difficult to create meaningful, intentional experiences without feeling overwhelmed by the planning and logistics involved.
We built Lovelux because the support we needed didn’t exist in the way we envisioned.

What started as designing thoughtful moments for ourselves and our circle quickly revealed a bigger need—people wanted meaningful connection and elevated experiences but didn’t have the time or capacity to plan them. What we were doing informally became the blueprint for what Lovelux offers today.

As a husband-and-wife team, we bring two essential strengths to every experience: emotional insight and practical execution. We understand the demands and responsibilities high-achieving individuals carry, and we know how transformative it feels when you finally have a moment of intentional luxury without having to manage the details.
Lovelux grew from the belief that luxury is about ease, intention, and the quality of your time. It’s having someone anticipate your needs, elevate your moments, and support your vision—whether you’re celebrating, reconnecting, or simply allowing yourself to rest.

As a mom, wife, educator, and entrepreneur, I wear many crowns — and each reflects my purpose: nurturing, leading, creating, and helping high-achieving individuals live lives that feel as good as they look.
​
My professional roots are in higher education, where I’ve served as an academic counselor and disability specialist supporting individuals with disabilities and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Those experiences shaped my calm, intuitive approach and strengthened my ability to serve people with clarity, compassion, and care. These skills are now foundational to the way I lead and curate through the Lovelux experience.

Through Lovelux, I support individuals, couples, and leaders in translating their vision into elevated, intentional experiences — from curated travel and celebrations to lifestyle moments and meaningful resets. I also partner with business owners, coaches, and brands to support the travel and logistics side of retreats and group experiences, allowing them to lead their programming with ease. My work is guided by Leadership Care Intelligence™, a philosophy that centers capacity, presence, and intentional rest as part of sustainable leadership.
My strength is turning vision into reality — with precision, discernment, and care — so clients can experience beauty, ease, and intention without managing every detail.

With a background in business administration, entrepreneurship, and hands-on service leadership, he excels at managing complex details while creating smooth, elevated experiences for every client.

As a husband, father, business owner, and community leader, Tyrone understands the responsibilities high-capacity individuals carry — and the relief that comes from having support you can trust. His lived experience informs the way he leads with calm, clarity, and reliability, ensuring clients feel supported, protected, and cared for throughout their experience.

Within Lovelux, Tyrone leads operations, logistics, safety oversight, and private vehicle service. He ensures that each curated experience runs with precision, discretion, and excellence. Where Dahlene shapes the vision, emotion, and experiential design, Tyrone brings the structure, strategy, and detail-oriented execution that transform curated concepts into seamless, memorable moments.
Beyond Lovelux, Tyrone also leads the nonprofit Tribe n Grit, where he focuses on empowering youth and adults through mentorship, mindset development, and community-centered support. His work through Tribe n Grit reflects his commitment to building strong foundations, resilience, and leadership in the communities he serves.
