Lovelux™ provides personalized travel planning, coordination, and experience design support for individuals, couples, groups, organizations, and business clients seeking thoughtfully curated travel and lifestyle experiences.

Depending on the level of support selected, planning may include travel research, destination guidance, itinerary design, booking coordination, reservation management, experience curation, and overall flow support to help your experience feel seamless, intentional, and well supported from start to finish.

Planning and coordination may be structured as:

  • A flat planning fee for specific services such as booking support, itinerary planning, local experience design, or short getaway coordination

  • A custom planning investment for more involved or higher-touch support or a percentage-based planning investment, typically ranging from 8–12% of the total experience cost, for more comprehensive travel design or multi-component itineraries

  • Planning investments reflect the professional time, expertise, care, communication, coordination, and thoughtful oversight involved in shaping a well-curated experience.

  • Planning fees and service structures are always communicated and confirmed before work begins. Initial planning payments cover the research, design, and coordination phase and are non-refundable once work has started.

 

*Travel costs such as flights, hotels, tours, dining, transportation, tickets, activities, and other travel-related components are paid separately unless otherwise stated.
